LSR have over 30 years of experience in footwear manufacture and design and over 20 years of experience carrying out walking boot repairs. Repairing walking boots is not just our profession, it is our obsession.

Repairing walking boots is highly skilled work, requiring not only the latest equipment and materials but also the experience and attention to detail that comes with employing time-served, qualified craftsmen.

Walking Boot Refurbishment and Resole Prices
Full Refurbishment This excellent service is available for any make or model. • Re-sole using original sole unit if available or a sole compatible with your boots if original is unobtainable • Mid-sole rebuilt or replaced if necessary • Replacement of up to two lace hooks or D rings (without damaging waterproof linings wherever possible) • Failed stitching repaired (without damaging waterproof linings wherever possible) • Re-secure sidewall rands • Re-secure midsole • New footbeds fitted • New laces fitted • Finally, a coating of both conditioner and waterproofing agent will be applied to help keep the uppers in pristine condition.	£55.00
Resole only Any make/model resoled using original manufacturer's sole unit if available or a fully compatible sole unit. Finished off with a coating of both conditioner and waterproofing agent to help keep uppers in pristine condition.	£45.00
Brasher Footwear Repairs (all models)
Full Refurbishment includes: Resole • Mid-soles re-built or replaced if necessary • New footbeds • New laces • replace up to two D rings or lace hooks • Repair failed stitching • Re-secure side wall rands • Apply coating of both conditioning and waterproofing agent to keep boots in pristine condition. *ADD £10 PER BOOT FOR RAND REPLACEMENT	*£50.00

LSR have been chosen by many of the leading manufacturers of climbing, hill walking and mountaineering footwear as their official repair centre. Our close relationship with these companies entitles us to purchase many original manufacturers' sole units. In addition to these sole units we have a large selection of Vibram sole units that are compatible with most makes and models of boots on the market.

We stock many original sole units including: Brasher, Berghaus, Karrimor, Raichle, Scarpa, Meindl, Danner, Lowa, Asolo, Zamberlan. But... the huge range of soles used by these companies is too big for even us to stock. We will always use the original sole unit for your boots if we have it but we do reserve the right to fit the most appropriate sole unit if we do not stock the original.

During a resole repair your boots are first fitted on to a plastic boot last so they keep the original shape, and after resoling all boots are finished by hand, inspected for quality and then given a coating of a suitable conditioning and waterproofing agent.
